An Ayurvedic Consultation is a holistic health assessment based on various aspects of your current and past situation, individual body constitution, attitude, cravings, lifestyle etc…
Practitioner typically will examine the pulse, tongue and eye and will ask many questions to understand the body constitution, analyze doshas during the consultation to assess present condition.
BASED ON THE ASSESSMENT, THE PRACTITIONER WILL:
- Make diet and lifestyle recommendations based on your individual constitution based on Ayurvedic principles
- Suggest yoga asans / Pranayam
- Recommend Herbs and Ayurvedic therapies based on the individual constitution
