Practitioner typically will examine the pulse, tongue and eye and will ask many questions to understand the body constitution, analyze doshas during the consultation to assess present condition.
Based on the assessment, the practitioner will:- Make diet and lifestyle recommendations based on your individual constitution using Ayurvedic principles
- Suggest yoga asans / Pranayam
- Recommend Herbs and Ayurvedic therapies based on the individual constitution and imbalances

Akshi Tarpana is a unique procedure in Ayurveda where herbal infused ghrta/ ghee is retained over the eyes for a specific amount of time. The herbal infused ghee nourishes and strengthens the eye structure.
The process starts with a gentle message the head and face. A frame is inserted around the eyes with herbal ghee. Once the ghee is poured in the eyes, the client opens and closes the eyes several times before the ghee is removed.

Swedana is a herbal steam bath for the entire body while lying on the table. This therapy is normally given after other therapies, like the abhyanga massage, to help oil soak into the skin and remove toxins through sweat.
Personalized herbs are used based off of the body type,current imbalances, and the season. This therapy lasts from 10 to 15 minutes.
