Consult with an Ayurveda Practitioner
During an Ayurvedic consultation, the practitioner assesses your body and mind constitution, identifies dosha imbalances, and considers factors such as your previous and present health status, habits, lifestyle, and more, to provide a comprehensive understanding of your holistic well-being.
The Practitioner may examine your pulse, tongue and eyes while asking detailed questions to understand the body and mind constitution, analyse Prakriti and Vikriti (imbalances of doshas) and there by overall health condition.
Following the assessment, the practitioner provides recommendations such as:
• Customized diet and lifestyle recommendations to suit the individual health and balance the doshas
• Yoga asanas (postures) / Pranayama (Breathing exercises) to balance doshas and promote physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
• Recommendations on Herbs and Formulations to help to restore & maintain health and promote immunity.
• Suggest Ayurvedic therapies or Panchakarma suitable to address the imbalance and take out toxin which are the cause for the illness there by preventing the disease and improving health & immunity while addressing the health issues and imbalances of doshas.

Shirodara : The Stress Relief Therapy
Shirodhara is an Ayurveda therapy where medicated herbal oil is allowed to flow on the forehead of the individual in a rhythmic periodic way which helps in deep relaxation. The word shirodhara comes from Sanskrit words Shira means Head and Dhara means rhythmic flow.
It is good for supporting nervous system as well as for emotional stress management. Mostly the shirodhara oil is having a base of sesame oil as it is good for alleviating vata imbalances and thus effective in supporting nervous system.

Potli– Muscle Pain Relief Therapy
Potli/kizhi is the therapeutic application of warm herbal poultice made of various herbal preparations. The poultice is heated in herbal oils and applied to the entire body or a specific affected area, and it induces perspiration.

Akshi Tarpana
The Eye Rejuvenation Therapy
Akshi Tarpana is a unique procedure in Ayurveda where herbal-infused ghrita/ghee is retained over the eyes for a specific amount of time by a particular arrangement. The herbal infused ghee is absorbed through the sclerocorneal junction and nourishes & strengthens the eye structure.

Swedana – Herbal Steam Therapy
Swedana is a herbal steam bath for the entire body while lying on the table. This therapy is normally done after other therapies, like the abhyanga massage, to help oil soak into the skin and remove toxins through sweat.

Kati Basti - Back Pain Relief Therapy
Kati means lower back. Basti, in the context of Kati basti, means “staying for some time”.
It is an Ayurveda Therapy where medicated oil is kept on specific parts of the body with pain or inflammation, such as the lower back, knee joint, back of neck etc. for a certain period of time using a ring-like arrangement made of dough. The temperature of the oil is maintained by changing the oil and pouring more warm oil.

Musculoskeletal disorders are mainly due to aggravated vata dosha which can create dryness, stiffness, pain and tightness in the affected areas. Additionally, aggravation of pitta dosha may cause inflammation in the area which leads to more pain. This therapy helps in balancing both vata and pitta, reducing the stiffness, pain and inflammation of the region

This treatment can be done for the specific affected area of the body like the cervical /back of neck (Greeva basti), left side of the chest (Hrid Basti), navel area (Nabhi Basti).
