An Ayurvedic Consultation is a holistic health assessment based on various aspects of your current and past situation, individual body constitution, attitude, cravings, lifestyle etc… Practitioner typically will examine the pulse, tongue and eye and will ask many questions to understand the body constitution, analyze doshas during the consultation to assess present condition. Based on the assessment, the practitioner will: Make diet and lifestyle recommendations based on your individual constitution using Ayurvedic principles Suggest yoga asans / Pranayam Recommend Herbs and Ayurvedic therapies based on the individual constitution and imbalances Please note that Ayurvedic Practitioners are not medical doctors and will not diagnose or treat any disease, symptom or condition. Ayurvedic consultation services or any other services are not medical treatments and not intended to replace standard medical care. Ayurvedic recommendations are made to restore balance in the primary energies of individual’s body.
